To provide customers with concise, up to date information, on selected products, Kubota Australia's first instalment of a number of DVDs are designed to assist customers to make informed decisions when purchasing the company's products.
The DVDs run less than 10 minutes to provide potential buyers with a "snapshot" of the main features and benefits of selected models for tractors to excavators.
According to senior product manager, Michael Hilleard, the DVDs have a two fold advantage. "They provide the type of information customers want and allow them to shop Kubota products from their homes.
Playing one of the Kubota Advantage DVDs at home means customers can quickly and easiliy pick up relevant product features before going to next step of visiting a Kubota dealership. We received good feedback from customers who had watched a DVD on one of our diesel ride on mowers (GR2100). They said it was easy to understand the features of the machine when explained in a simple and entertaining way,” Hilleard said.
The DVDs present each range of products in a down to earth, easy to understand format, without getting too involved in technical aspects which are best explained at dealerships alongside the machine.
